Tab edits on home page

I have two menus that have tabs one on the handwash page of the site and another on the home page of the site. Menu with tabs on handwash is full-screen from left to right, how can we make the one on the homepage the same (full-screen)?

Thanks for posting in!

To resolve this issue, please edit your homepage and click the row containing the tab element. In the row settings, you must disable the “Inner Container” option.
