Thanks for writing in! Could you please try increasing your PHP memory limit and see if you can load your page properly. You can do that by following this guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).

Also check your PHP version running on your server and make sure to use PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues. Then check your PHP max script execution time and increase it to 120 or a higher value like 300 by following this guide (https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time).

Further, try disabling your child theme to see if your child theme customizations causing the issue. To do that, head over to Appearance -> Themes section and activate your parent Pro theme.

If you’re still having issues, then you can disable your 3rd party plugins and see if one of your plugins causing this issue. If the issue is resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
