Sytling of Ordered List Numbers

Hi there,

I want to change the styling of the Ordered List.
More specifically I want to effect the numbers (color, font, padding…) but not the text.

The changes should apply even if your are using the simple text editor (not cornerstone/.x-text) to add an ordered list.
Using the icon list is no option in this case…
