System give me the error message on verify process

Hi,

I have purchased a X theme from themeforest and I have received all relevant content from download page.After install a theme he asking me purchase code which I have entered but after verifying it is giving me message “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid”. So what should I need to do here. Please reply me as soon as possible. Please check the screenshot.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
