Sync Facebook comments with The Grid plugin

Hello

I have enabled Facebook comments using the plugin packaged with Theme X which is working properly, but I am trying to get the comments to sync with the comment count displayed with The Grid plugin.

The comment count (2) is showing up properly under the post title on the post page (see image 1):

But these comments are not showing up in the grid on the homepage (see image 2):

I checked in The Grid skin builder but the only option is “Nb of comment” under Content and the source is set to “Post Data”. I thought maybe if I use the “Text/HTML” Source, but I don’t know what code to enter??

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Anthony
