Switching stacks from ethos to integrity, some pages do not load, and strange formatting

Hello,
I am using Pro, using Pro headers and footers, and wanting to change my sites stack from ethos to integrity - but when I do so, certain pages do not load - they are just blank screens, and all my sidebars loose any sense of formatting.

Any ideas why this might be?

This is the site: https://emergenceeducation.com/

Hi Sophie,

Thank you for writing in, changing the stack should not cause an issue like that. Unless you have customizations on your child theme the is tailored to Ethos.

Please provide us login credentials on a secure note so we can take a closer look.

And let us know which page goes blank when the stack is switch.

Cheers,

Thanks friech, I will provide login credentials in a moment. Just for some more info, here is the error message when I try to access pro on the pages which load blank screens. (This is from a local version, but it is the same on the live site).

Im keeping the site in ethos until I can resolve this issue…

It does seem to effect child pages more than parent pages…?

I think I figured out the sidebar formatting - so dont worry about that now. Just the blank pages

Hello Sophie,

Thanks for sharing the login details it seems that there is an issue with your child theme. I would suggest you activate the parent theme then check it again, it works fine at my end. I would suggest you contact a developer who can assist you with your concern or you can avail of our service called One where customization questions are answred. Please note that don’t provide customized child theme support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks for understanding

Aha, ok, i think it was an old custom page template I was using that has the issue… -

It all works again when i change effected pages to a standard pro template.

Thanks for figuring it all out.

You were very helpful!

You are most welcome, Sophie.
