I designed a page in Cornerstone Editor and switched then to Text Editor and changed some text.
Is there a way to get back to edit the page with Cornerstone Editor?

Unfortunely there is no turning back.
You will need to restore a backup of your website, if you have one.
You can restore it in a staging server and save the page as a Cornerstone template, download and import to your site.
If you do not have a backup you will need to rebuild the page.
