Switched to X from old themeco and lost content

In my original Themeco i had a ‘slider’ i think it was called, that had some content and features i liked. Now with X and i can’t find that content? Gone forever or i’m just to old and non-tech to find?

Thank you for writing in, from what version your X theme from? if it is from version 4 or below then you might need to re-configure some settings, this should be minor if you did not do any customization on the theme.

If you’re planning to update, better to update everything to avoid incompatibility issues.

First, update your Wordpress. Updating WordPress

Then, update your X and Cornerstone. Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Then, update all your extensions and plugins, especially your slider plugin. How to Properly Update Plugins

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
