Switch from Visual Composer to Cornerstone

So we have a website that we did not build but we are being asked to manage. The website is built with Visual Composer, is there anyway to seamlessly transition the site from Visual Composer to Cornerstone?

Thanks for writing in!

Visual Composer and Cornerstone contents are not backwards compatible. Meaning a page created in VC, can’t be edited on Cornerstone and vice versa.

Unfortunately, you will have to recreate the pages in Cornerstone. However, you can keep the pages designed using VC and future pages can be designed using Cornerstone. Even though Cornerstone and VC are not backward compatible, they work fine alongside each other in parallel.
