I have a plugin conflict that occurs when using Cornerstone and its a necessary part of the site so I decided to switch to Visual Composer. On the backend everything looks and works fine but when I go to deactivate Cornerstone, none of my VC changes appear. Is there something I need to do to make VC active on the front end of my site?

Thanks for asking. 
You should not deactivate Cornerstone as it’s a essential plugin to run X Theme. Have you tried clicking on the Edit with WPBakery Page Builder button. Doing so should activate Visual Composer front end editor. In case you had a different question that I misinterpreted, please elaborate the same and we will be happy to help you out.

The issue is that Cornerstone is causing a conflict with an essential plugin that I need for the site. When I deactivate Cornerstone that plugin works perfectly. I see now that the VC layout is visible when Cornerstone is activated and disappears when deactivated. I have to figure out how disable whatever in Cornerstone is causing the conflict while maintaining the same layout/look.

Aaaaand just like that, never mind. Cornerstone just came out with an update and the issue is not there anymore.
