Hi, I have a few X theme licenses, 2 of them say that I can upgrade to Pro for free but there is a charge to upgrade on the others. Is it possible to switch the free upgrade to one of my other domains?

Thanks for writing in!
The free upgrade is only possible to those licenses purchased before we have released Pro theme. You cannot switched the upgrade to the licenses bought after the release of Pro theme. You may reassign the domains assign to the licenses instead.
