Support for Slider Revolution

Hi

I am getting an Ajax error while trying to use Slider Revolution. I have tried several ways to fix the issue to no avail.

So the only way is probably to get support from Theme Punch but as this plugin is part of X Theme I am not sure how to go about getting support?

Hi there,

Kindly try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

In case the issue persists, please check if you are using the latest version of X and the plugins.

If you are still getting an issue, please provide us with your admin details in a Secure Note so that we can check it.

Your server configurations seems to be alright. However when I have purged your server cache and testing, I see the following PHP errors on your site.

We also require your FTP credentials to check your issue further.

Thank you for the information. FTP credentials are accurate, but I cannot log into your server due to some other restrictions applied on your server end. Most probably it could be related IP/Country based restriction. See secure note for more information.

Could you please resolve it with your hosting provider, so that we can look into your issue further.
