Support Expiration

Hello. I see a number of posts regarding this, but I’m still not clear on the answer. I currently have 7 active licenses for X-pro. While my very first purchase of X-theme was through Envato, in 2017, all others have been through Themeco. Now, I have just received and email from Envato, saying my support period is expiring. It seems odd that 4 years after the initial purchase I am getting an email like this.

I’m not sure that I need to update support through Envato at all? If I do, have a payment due for support on my first license, then what about the remaining 6 licenses purchased through Themeco?

This makes no sense to me. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello @mcaravaglia,

I have checked your licenses and you have upgraded to Pro theme which means that you no longer have to renew the support from Envato. You can ignore the email from Envato. You are receiving the email since you are still an Envato user and have purchased the theme from Themeforest.
