Superfly not updating to 4.5.10

Good Morning Team,

I can’t seem to get Superfly to update to the newest version. I would like to purchase and use the Advanced Toolbar Extension of Superfly. I contacted the plugin author to check if the Extension will work with the bundled version of Superfly before purchasing it as I read some people have have issues getting it to work since Superfly in Pro is not officially activated through the author. The Superfly author has answered me that the extension should work however to be sure that I am running the latest version of Superfly - 4.5.10.

I can see in theme compatibility that 4.5.10 is compatible and I can also see in my wordpress that the update is available, currently it is running 4.5.9. When I try to update Superfly it tells me that the update has occurred however it continues to run 4.5.9.

I you can help me figure out why it is not updating that would be great. Pro is updated running 2.5.5 and wordpress is also updated.

I have included some screenshots for you to see how it looks before and after attempting to update.

Thanks for writing in!

Please deactivate and delete Superfly plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that from Pro > Validation > Extensions install and activate Superfly Menu. Doing so will download latest supported version of Superfly plugin 4.5.10.

Thanks for the response,

I have follows the steps - after installing superfly again via extensions I received an error message and am unable to activate it from there. If I them enter via Plugins I can again see superfly installed and can activate it from there, however it continues to be the old version.

Hello Nicky,

I have checked in several local testing servers and I can confirm that the plugin repository serves 4.5.9 and not the latest version 4.5.10. I have alerted our developers already to check on the matter and have the plugin repository check. once they’ll fixed it, the updates in the dashboard should work.
