Superfly menu not working

After installation of the Superfly plugin (I bought it on Codecanyon) the validation page is showing Installed & Activated and Superfly shows Your copy of Superfly is validated with your X theme license, but the menu isn’t showing up. I cleared the cache a few times and tried some new menus/designs as well but it wont work. Please help.

Wordpress-version 4.9.6
X-version 6.1.5
Superfly-version 4.5.7

You don’t need to buy a superfly menu already because it is already inlcuded to one of the plugin extensions for X theme. You could check the link below for more details about superfly and how to start with superly.

Thanks, but I saw that it’s an extension after I bought the plugin.
Anyway, deleting the plugin and adding it as a extension shows the same problem.

I’ve tested Superfly plugin at my end with the latest version of X theme 6.1.5 and I can confirm it’s working fine, please take a look at this screencast to make sure you are setting all the options correctly:

If this didn’t help, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.
