Superfly menu not displaying

Hi,

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the Superfly menu not activating properly, and therefore not displaying, or if there is some other conflict but I can’t get it to display. The activate screen suggests inputting a purchase code which I understand from your guide it not needed. It doesn’t however display the green text as in your screen grab in the guide, suggesting it has activated.

I have tried reinstalling but this doesn’t make a difference either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Superfly plugin is active when I check. From your settings you have set it to show on mobile view only:

When I checked on mobile it is there on the upper right part:
