Superfly Menu not displaying in Chrome

I’m getting the following JS error and menu not appearing.

superfly-menu.js:84 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘1’ of null
at getOS (superfly-menu.js:84)
at superfly-menu.js:84

It is working on Safari.

Hey Andre,

I checked your site with the Superfly menu and it works in Chrome.

Please clear your Chrome browser’s cache and if you’re using browser extensions, please temporarily deactivate all of them then test again.

If that’s not the site that is having a problem, please first do the following basic troubleshooting steps to ensure that this issue is only with Superfly or if our theme is involved.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • URL of the page having the issue.
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Having the same issue here …

@AH_Media my quick fix (until they give us a solution) was to comment out the whole line 84. Seems to be something for embedding a youtube video in the menu. Works fine now.
