Weird glitch happened after last update a month ago. Been waiting for a patch update but nothing came so perhaps I’m the only one having this issue. Menu slides out just fine but in full screen on all browsers, you cannot scroll the menu options up or down. Shrink the window down to mobile size and it works just fine. Menu works fine on actual mobile so somewhere in there is where the problem lies but I have no idea where to even begin tracking something like that down. HEEEEEELLLLPPP!!!

Hi Michael,
It has been also found that you are using a little older version of the Pro i.e 4.0.2 whereas the updated version is 4.0.11, I would request you update it and check if that resolves your issue.
If that does not resolve, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue again to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

I did add some custome CSS in order to completely hide the original Header… Let me take a look and test that out. The thing is that it was working before and then WordPress had their latest update and that’s when it broke. It didn’t happen when I was coding or editing anything.
It also still works fine on one of my other sites that I did not update because luckily I noticed that the LaFortuna menu broke during the WP update.

RESENT in previous post
Hi Michael,
It seems that the Superfly menu was not activated. I went ahead and activate it, now it starts appearing on the pages. And it is appearing how it use to, the fading effect can be controlled from Menu Panel > General > Fade Effect.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
I am having the issue where the superfly menu does not shot on Chrome browser but does on others (safari, firefox). Please advise.
well yes and no. It was not activated anymore because it is broken and the page is live so I had to rebuild a traditional Menu at the top. So the error wasn’t that I didn’t realize it was off, I disabled it until we could get it fixed. If you go to the page and try to use the superfly menu, it doesn’t scroll down to show all the options. However, if you shrink the browser window to mobil size, it functions as intended. THAT is the problem. Please advise but in the mean time, I’m turning it back off so my client will stop reminding me that it doesn’t work
Hey There,
We’ve reached out to the plugin author and are working on resolving this with an update. I’ll keep you in the loop and let you know once it’s available.
I have same issue - no scroll on fly out menu - also logo appears in same layer as menu items. Todd
Thanks for letting us know, @toddfmay. As my colleague advised before, we’ve reached out to the plugin author with the aim of resolving this issue.
Hey There,
Please try removing Superfly and then installing it again through our Pro Extension section and report back if the issue is resolved now.
Well, I got in touch with the folks at Superfly and they were able to get my menu fixed. Here is the code they dropped in the “Advanced” tab of the plug in: Hope it helps…
#sfm-sidebar .sfm-nav, #sfm-sidebar .sfm-va-middle, #sfm-sidebar .sfm-logo, #sfm-sidebar .sfm-social {
position: relative !important;
display: block !important;
}
#sfm-sidebar .sfm-logo {
top: unset !important;
}
#sfm-sidebar .sfm-nav {
height: auto !important;
max-height: none !important;
}
Hey There,
Thanks for sharing this. The development team of Superfly reached out today and reported that they will fix this in the next release. We are waiting for them to be able to distribute the new version to our customers. In the meantime this code is a great temporary solution.
