Hey @martytb,
Right now, I suspect a JS conflict. When you hover over the side, the menu should be displayed but the script to set the opacity of the menu to 1 is not working.
I also noticed something odd with your setup, would you mind deleting the Superfly plugin then install again via X > Validation.

Also give us FTP access and keep plugins deactivated or allow us to deactivate plugins while we troubleshoot.
Thanks.
I’m afraid that when I delete the plugin I lose all the settings. Is there a way to make a backup of the settings?
Hi There,
Thanks for asking again!
There is no such option to backup only the menu setting. You can backup your complete site to avoid any damage during the plugin update.
Hope this helps!
What’s the easiest way to backup?
Hi There,
Thanks for asking!
Please check this list of plugins which helps to take backup of your website.
Thanks
I deactivated the plugin and removed it. Then I wen to X -> Validation and installed it again.
When I activated the plugin again it still had all the old settings ??
The menu is still gone, what to do now?
Hi there,
DId you add some custom JS code to your site?
This is what is causing the JS issue:

Kindly check this code and fix or remove it and clear your site’s cache then check if the Superfly Menu displays.
Here is how you can check got JS error using Chrome:

Hope this helps.
