Superfly menu gone

Hi, since the last update the Superfly menu is no longer available. I’ve reinstalled Superfly several times. It doesn’t work. Can you help me? Thank you Ulrich

It might be the issue of cache or any plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Child Theme

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Hello @ulrich_d,

Thank you for providing the information. After further investigation, I found out that the Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin is causing the issue. I have temporarily deactivated the plugin and now, the Superfly Menu is displaying.

This means that you may need to find other GDPR plugin that will not have a conflict with the Superfly menu plugin.
