Hi,
When I activate my Superfly menu it says an error appeared: “There has been a critical error on your website.”
I have no idea what the error is or how to solve it.
My website is creatorstemple.com
Can you help me solve the problem?
Best,
Wout

Hey @Wout,
I checked your site and I saw 2 Superfly plugin installed. Please delete the duplicate and activate Superfly then temporarily disable all optimizations in SG Optimizer plugin and clear all caches and deactivate SG Optimizer.
After that, we can begin investigation if the issue will still persist.
Thanks.
Hey @christian,
I followed your steps, then I still get the same error notification when activating it through Pro > Validation
However, I can activate it in the plugin menu, which is what I did now. The Superfly menu won’t show up on my page though, even though it is activated.
I reactivated SG Optimizer after going through the process.
Hi @Wout,
Seems the Superfly Menu is not assigned with the specific menu and the pages, by going ahead I have set the Main Menu and visible to all the pages options. And it’s now coming into every page.
Please change if you need something else, and please find the display rules of the Superfly Menu here: https://theme.co/docs/superfly#display-rules
Hope it helps.
Thanks
Oh wow, how could I have missed that. It does work now, thank you very much
