Just just updated Wordpress (5.2.3), X theme (7.0.2) and now the Superfly Menu - specifically on the front page - is no longer displaying (mobile and desktop). However, it is showing on all other pages. Please advise.
Hey thanks for reaching out.
Can you give us a link to the website in question so we can take a look at it?
Also, while it might be unnecessary, but I think it would minimize back-and-forth communications, making us point you to the right direction more quickly, if you will just include your login details on a Secure Note so that in case we need to login to investigate even further, we will be able to do so right there and then and give you a more useful response.
Thanks. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi @danmaat,
Can you confirm this is now sorted out? I can see it on both desktop and mobile: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cq6n16ulXS
Here’s a screenshot from actual mobile:
I still experience the problem. It is intermittent. Often happens after a browser refresh. Happens on all tested browsers: safari, chrome, firefox. On both desktop and mobile.
Hi @danmaat ,
I have not replicated the issue, but I saw this issue before where Superfly menu is suddenly not appearing on refresh.
The issue is an outdated version of Superfly, I see you have Superfly version 4.5.9, please update that to 5.0.7. You might need to delete (or rename via FTP) your current old version since the update notification is not showing up, and then reinstall Superfly under X > Validation > Extensions
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Thanks,
