Superfly Custom Content not working - trying to add contact form

Just having some issues getting custom content to appear in my superfly menu.

Have disabled caching but still not showing up.

Trying to add a contact form like so:

Have searched their (limited) documentation and haven’t found anything useful, so thought i’d try here. Am probably just doing something dumb. URL/login to follow.

Hi @liquidedge,

Thanks for writing in.

I have tried to search also on how to insert Formidable in Superfly however I could not get any documentation of it. It would best that you will contact formidable support so that they could help you with this. We would love to help you regarding this integration however we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

You might want to check contact form 7. One of the bundled plugin form of X theme.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @nico,

The problem is not with formidable- therefore has nothing to do with your policy on support for 3rd party plugins.

The problem is that the custom content is not appearing. For argument’s sake, i’ve changed the content to “Content Goes Here” as below:

But, as you’ll see below, the custom content doesn’t show up:

Any idea why this is?

Cheers.

Hi there,

Looks like due to cache, I removed the menu in your SuperFly settings and re-added it and it works.

And if you wish to directly add the content under Contact Us parent menu, then add the content directly to it instead of adding sub-menu named Contact Form.

Thanks!

Oh great- thanks. So superfly does its own caching of some sort I guess. I’ve successfully added my form in now, thanks.

Maybe yes, some plugin do that through WP Transients (as cache). Glad it’s working now.
