Superfly can not be installed

I have gone into the website via FTP and deleted the plugin folder multiple times and tried activating it multiples times. I have deactivated all other plugin and tried activating … same error “Error encountered.”

In order to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP details

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and checked your setting it seems that you need to enable the PHP Zip extension.

I would suggest you please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to enable the PHP Zip extension of your hosting.

I checked your site it seems that you have already installed the Superfly plugin. It might be the issue with the browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.
