Suggestion: Element Defaults—Sections, Rows and Columns

Hi!

It would be super useful if we were able to craft our own Section settings (mostly section paddings), save it as template and set it as Element default.

Since the beginning of X, the first thing that I do when I create a Section, is increasing the paddings to allow more white-space.

Would this be possible in some of the next releases?
