Subscriber emails

Wordpress used to automatically send notification emails to my subscribers every time a new blog post was published.

It doesn’t seem to do that anymore now that I’m on X theme.

How can I reinstate that setting? I want emails to go out to my subscribers every time I hit publish on a new blog post. Thanks

Thanks for writing in!
There is no such default feature in WordPress or them, which will send mail to the subscriber when a new post has been posted in your site.
You have to your third-party plugins for that. JetPack by WordPress is the best solution for that.
Also, you can search for different other options.

Thank you for your reply - I must’ve deleted Jetpack at the same time as I changed themes.
