Thanks for asking!

Please use this CSS to center align the button.

#subscribe-submit {
 text-align: center;
}

You can add the CSS to Theme Option -> Global CSS.

Thanks for updating thread.

You can use following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

.x-sidebar.right .h-widget{
    text-align: center;
}

.x-sidebar.right #subscribe-text {
    text-align: center;
}
