Subscribe Button on Homepage Unresponsive

The subscribe button on my homepage works on desktop but not on mobile.

This error is exclusively on my homepage as well, it works everywhere else. My hosting provider said it is an issue with the theme.

Thanks for writing in! Actually, you have two sections in your homepage. The first section only displays on desktop screens and this is where we can find the Subscription form. The 2 section which is only visible on mobile screens does not have the Subscription form. You only added a button that is linked to another page with the subscription form.

It is best that you provide us the WP login of your site so we can take a closer look at your homepage structure. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
