Submenu is cut off

I have a customer site where the menu has an issue.
The last item of the submenu “Therapie” is cut off.
Strangely only on the homepage.
Please help!

Please go to X > Launch > Theme Options > Header > NAVBAR TOP HEIGHT (PX): Increase current value 35.
