Subdomain validates, but it won't save Licence key = Not validated

I keep trying to validate my subdomain. It is listed in my account as validated.
However, the PRO template claims the template is not validated.

I’ve updated manually to 5.14, but the site won’t stop complaining about validation and the automatic updates won’t work.

Tried to clear cache and even change browsers. No luck.

Help please.

I went ahead and check your website then I was able to validate the website without any issue.
