Sub-navigation in menu

Hi there community, I have a question regarding the menu and submenu. On my site: http://stg.westsidecg.com/ under the firm section I have a subnav…currently the title: the firm, and overview are the same page. Is it possible to have in the navigation a non-clickable title labeled Firm, and in the sub navigation have the firm, followed by the rest of the sub navigations. This way I dont have 2 of the same pages.

Also the reason I created 2 was because the nav title the firm is not intuitive enough to click on since the submenu opens up and i wanted to avoid ppl not knowing its clickable and out in another page the submenu

Yes, you can have non clickable top navigation. Under Appearance > Menus add a Custom Link. In URL text box all that needs to be done is enter # and give a name to the menu item. To help you get started, I have recorded a screencast.
