Sub nav indented

Hello, I’ve got a top nav on wetried.it (see under Brand Reviews). No matter what order I put them in (editing in the WP Menu page), the “Quince Review” is indented and I can’t figure out what’s causing that. Any suggestions?

Hi @chiphanna,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the problem without investigating through Admin Dashboard. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL

Hi @chiphanna,

Unfortunately, the given credentials are not working. Before you provide the correct credentials, I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
I would also suggest you check by activating any of the default themes like *TwentyTwenty, and let us know if the issue does not exist with it.

Sorry. I updated the login in the secure note - that should work now.

Hi @chiphanna,

It seems that the problem with the cache, I have changed the menu item order under the Brand Review menu and found that it works immediately while logged in Admin Dashboard, but it does not reflect if I check it in a private window without logging in. I went ahead and clear all types of cache and it works without login too.
If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

The indent is the problem, highlighted by the arrow in the attached image. In the wordpress admin, it’s not indented. I can’t figure out why it’s being indented on the front-end. Does that make sense?

Hello @chiphanna,

Actually, the submenu items were not indented. It is being centered. Please edit your custom header and change the Flex horizontal alignment of the sub links.

- See the secure note below.

Just set it to Start.

Best Regards.

D’Oh! Thanks for your help! I knew it was an easy answer for the right person.
