Sub menu not clickable on mobile view when there are children to the submenu item

I am having issues with the mobile menu on a site. There are multiple sub menus and when clicking on a mobile device that aren’t clickable when they should be. No issue on desktop menu. https://www.missourienterprise.org/
For example. Click KNOW HOW–CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT–LEAN MANUFACTURING BASICS is not clickable, only pops out the sub menu. Multiple instances throughout menu.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited your website and found the problem you have described here. You need to change the Sub Menu Trigger value to Indicator, which makes the indicator open up the *submenus, whereas the other part of the menu will be linked to the respective page.
