Sub menu far away from main menu (renew)

Please can you tell me how to reduce the distance between the main menu and the sub menu items.
At the moment it is hard to see the connection between the main menu and the sub menu.

Hi Lisa,

Please go to X > Theme Options > Header then set the Navbar Top Height (px) value to somewhere around 45.
