Su_expand shortcode no longer works after updating to Pro

Hi,

After updating to Pro, the following shortcode does not work with feature list.

[su_expand more_text=“More Info” less_text=“Less Info” height=“0”] text here [/su_expand]

I’ve tested this on a non pro version and the shortcode still works.

How can we resolves this? Please advise.

Hey there,

Though shortcodes worked in the Feature List before, it was not designed to accept shortcodes and now they will not work anymore.

It seems as if this shortcode doesn’t work anywhere within Pro now. Is there any feature equivalent that will allow for expanding and contracting text. The only option is accordion, but that totally changes the layout and design.

Unfortunately, there’s no element that works exactly like that. You’re correct, the nearest we can get is accordion element. You can see list of element here: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/. Although, Text element and RAW CONTENT element still accept shortcodes for both X and Pro. We can check your setup though we can’t promise a fix if it is the cause not cause by the theme.
