Hi,
I have a Ninja Form I’m hoping you can help style.I’ve talked with Ninja forms support and they said their form is taking the themes styling. I have the Ninja forms layout and styling plugin but apparently it doesn’t achieve what I’d like it to do.
I have a radio button field and I would to bring the answers “yes” or “no” closer together. I’m using two-col-list in the fields display to bring them side by side.

Without the actual page URL it’s really hard for us to provide you the working code, it will be based on hit and trial methods which will result in a very lengthy thread. Instead I’ll provide you with the links and CSS learning material so you can do it yourself.
I recommend you to watch following video that will help you to get started with CSS.
Sometimes it can get a bit difficult to find out the right selector to be able to write the required CSS codes. A handy tool that can help you in this is Google Chrome dev tools. I am sharing the resource that you can refer to get started with dev tools.
