Styling Blog Page - 3 Items

Hi there,

Been trying to research if I can achieve three things in styling the blog index (home) page.

I am currently using the Ethos but what I am trying to achieve is:

1. Larger images in recent posts excerpts

2. The ability to add in shortcode to the post excerpt

3. Alternating post image between left and right on successive posts.

Below is a link to what my goals is. Happy to change stack if necessary or do whatever is needed.

Regretfully, what you are trying to achieve could only be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

Hi Marc,

They are only possible with custom development in which we can’t cover or provide. You may want to hire a developer for this kind of implementation, but it’s doable.
