Hi, I have just updated Pro and now the front end of my site is displaying a white screen and the message ‘Stylesheet is missing’. When I check the themes page it says that Pro is broken “The following themes are installed but incomplete.” “Stylesheet is missing”
Please help!
I just started to manually upload Pro to the themes and it says Destination folder already exists. /home/dh_9s7uxy/www.quirkyclock.com/wp-content/themes/pro/
The current theme has the following error: “Stylesheet is missing.”
Is it safe to replace the current theme with the uploaded version?

Thanks for writing in! Are you using a child theme or has changed the pro folder name to something else? To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hi, I managed to restore the site from an old backup. So I now need to update Pro again but I’m worried that it will break it. Is this safe to do?
