tried to add a negative margin but it did not help, I’d like to move the scroll bottom as seen in my screenshot and move the logo also. Thanks for your help! http://prntscr.com/khnjzh

What you want to achieve is tricky using your current setup and will additionally need custom CSS positioning and that would be outside the scope of our support. I’d recommend that you setup 2 bars instead. The first bar being the holder of your logo and Navigation Modal and the second to hold your background image with the scroll to bottom anchor.
To understand what I mean, please see this screencast. If you find the video fast, just pause and play to follow along. It’s the actual workflow and not really a tutorial.
