The google drive link you’ve shared requires a request to access the content. That being said, I am not able to view your issue but upon checking your website, the hamburger menu on the mobile view is just working fine on my end. Please clear your cache and your browser cache.
If the issue still persists on your end, please make the google drive link public so that we can check it properly.

I checked your site on my phone on the iPhone 7+ and Android devices as well. It seems that it is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of the browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. I have checked it in Google Chrome and Safari browsers. Please have a look at the screen recording in the secure note.
