Struggling to edit Looper Posts

Hi,
I love the new Looper Posts feature in Pro, but how do you edit it?

I’m trying to replicate the five image links here… http://www.fairviewestate.co.nz/
Here is what I have http://staging2.fairviewestate.co.nz/

How do I edit the height of the posts, and where do I remove the dark overlay that is present until a rollover?

Also, how would I have the bottom of the logo hang down past the menu area and into… and over, the top of the slider area… as shown in http://www.fairviewestate.co.nz/?

Hello Paul,

Thanks for writing in! Please your page and do the following:

1.) In your Looper Consumer, change the height of the column to auto and the minimum height to at least 120 pixels.

2.) Change the z-index of the Figure element to 1.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Thanks Rue. Almost there… changing the z-index of the Figure element to 1 loses the text.

Hi Paul,

Set the z-index to 0 and you need to swap the position of the text element and the div element.

Where the Text element is placed, simply swap it with the Div element, if you’re still having problems then please get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks for your reply @nabeel, but if I get you to do this for me, I learn nothing.

The text (called ‘The title’ with a h2 tag) is inside the ‘Article’. The Article is inside the ‘Post’.

What is the Div element that I need to swap the text with?

I’ve tried various combinations, but nothing is working.

Please give clear instructions?

Hello Paul,

The element structure is something like this:

You need to swap the Figure (div element) and the Title element (text element).

If needed, set the z-index of the Figure element to 0.

For your header, you need to create a custom header by using the Header Builder. If you are not familiar with the header builder, please check this out first:
