random parts of the text having strikethrough. <- which only happens on the front, not on the back.

Please try to double check the links of the text that have strikethrough styling because they see to be incorrect.
For example, the HR1810 goes to http://cannadems.org/hr-1810-small-bu…-equity-act-2017/ which is a 404 page.

is this a feature of cornerstone? why doesnt it show on the back end?

yes. i just went through the link checker and found a setting to “mark” the broken links.
