Hey folks,
With one of our team members on their macintosh computer they keep getting garbled text on the pro theme interface.
we have no idea what is causing this and have run into dead ends trouble shooting the browser and OS of the iMAC without success.
any suggestions or assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect that the theme installed is corrupted. I suggest that you re-install a fresh copy of the theme, you can download it in your themeco dashboard.

Should I proceed with replacing the theme files when we only have ONE user that is experiencing this problem and they are using a macintosh iMac computer?
I want to ensure that you understand only one mac user is experiencing this issue before I do as instructed.

We are using Mac and would love to check if this is happening on our end. Otherwise, the issue could only be happening on that one specific user’s machine. Please ask him/her to clear the browser caches or use private browsing mode and test the site again.

The issue is not happening on my end on a Mac so this is not a theme issue but rather an issue with the user’s specific iMac moreover that this is the only report we receive about Pro UI font being jumbled.
This could be a Mac font issue which we can’t fix, regretfully.
