Hi there,
I am experiencing a strange issue I have never come across before using your products. The layout of the site appears broken, although it is showing correctly in the page builder area. When I clear the cache via the Pro settings/status area the layout shows correctly for a while before it reverts back to it’s broken state.

This has been driving me crazy trying to work out what the issue is.

I have visited your site and not able to locate the issue you mentioned in your comment. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem? I would also request you to update the Pro to its latest version i.e 4.1.5.
if that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The issue is very intermittent.

There is also no link in my Pro admin page to update to the latest version even though it says there are updates available?

I am another staff checking in! When I visited your homepage, I am seeing this:
It seems that you are having some caching overload. You have installed the Autoptimize and LiteSpeed Cache plugins. You may need to clear the plugin caches and also your browser cache before you test your site again. Using the private browsing mode will also help.

I will try this and see how it goes. It’s weird because I have been using Theme X and Pro for a few years now and have never come across this issue.
