Strange line space in Pro Theme Bulleted List

Hi, I have a strange 2nd line spacing in my bulleted list. Both the left alignment and the spacing after the 1st line is not consistent. How do I get the text below the 1st line to align left with the 1st line? And how can I make the line spacing under the 1st first line the same as the lines below?
Please see attached image.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the page and found that you are using the custom HTML code to show the list and the custom CSS to style it. I would suggest you use the Classic Icon List instead of the custom HTML and the custom CSS code to avoid such a problem.
Please remember that we don’t offer any support or investigation on the custom coding or related issues.

Thanks

Hi @tristup, thank you for your reply, but your solution feels like using a sledgehammer to open a walnut.

Surely, there must be a way to customise text lists without having to create a single Cornerstone element for every single item in a list?

This seems like an exorbitant amount of work for a very common text formatting feature.

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, the problem comes from the custom HTML code, and the issue related to the custom code is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks

Hi @tristup, again thank you for your reply, but I have a further question, please.

What do you mean when you say ‘custom HTML code’?

The list formatting is being generated by the Rich Text option inside your Themeco Pro Text Element. IMHO that is surely a standard HTML code that is being generated by Cornerstone.

I’ve removed the custom CSS from the page so that you can see what the list formatting looks like in its default state… I think you would agree that there are some issues with it and need to be addressed by themeco (I am assuming that you guys created Cornerstone as the advertising states ‘Cornerstone| The WordPress Page Builder by THEMECO’).

Hi Paul,

The Custom HTML refers to the code added into the Text element, whether it is added through the Rich Text option or else. I have also checked that the custom CSS is still there in the Global CSS which is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you remove the specified code and check if that resolves your issue.

I still suggest you specific predefined elements which have many options and can create the exact output you want without having any such issues. Please remember that we don’t offer any support to custom coding or related issues.

Thanks

Hi @tristup, thank you again for your reply.

Your suggestion was super helpful. I removed the font-size: 1.75em and that provided the solution I was after.

Many thanks for your time and patience.

You are most welcome. We are glad we were able to help you.
