Strange Header Issue

Hi. I’ve got a client site that periodically will make the header almost triple in height. I’ve checked all settings and there doesn’t appear to be any issues. I’m attaching two screen shots. One is the normal header and the other is what happens every once in a while - there’s no rhyme or reason. If I close the browser tab and go to the site in a new tab, the issue is gone.

Also, when I open the header in Cornerstone, it appears with the top bar and bottom bar swapped, but when I view it online, it’s fine…except when it’s not. I’ve attached a screen shot of the header as it appears in Cornerstone as well.

Bizarre. Have you seen this before?

This is really weird, is that happening in a specific span of time? Can you please let us know of any situation which help us to recreate the issue at your end? I would also request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
