Store notice below header

I’ve added the code from this post Woocommerce - show site wide message prominently to show the store notice at the top of the page and more noticeably, but would like the store notice to display below or above the website header, currently it sits infront of my logo and menu… tried changing the z-index but didn’t seem to change the priority in where it sits on the page.

Thanks for writing in! The code provided in the other thread is specific to that issue only. What you are trying to do requires custom coding so that the WooCommerce notice will be transferred below or above the header. Regretfully custom coding is beyond the scope of our support. We only cover getting your site set up, bug fixes, and minor cosmetic changes. You may need to hire a 3rd party developer to accomplish what you want.
