Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to move the stock quantity number up. It’s now showing below the product short description (which I use for the complete product description, I don’t use the regular one).
Right now the stock quantity shows up below the short description but I would rather have it somewhere higher up the page, maybe below the price. Is this possible?

No, that’s the product quantity 
What I mean is ‘3 left in stock’ or ‘out of stock’. When I enable that, it shows up below everything, at the bottom of the page. Do you know how to fix this?

The part you mentioned is not configured in the them. Moving it would require WooCommerce custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You will need to have a third party developer do this one for you. If you wish to do this yourself, you could try following this guide.
