Say, when someone fills out the online form and needing to pay with stripe. Thanks for writing in! I see that you have integrated Ninja Forms Stripe plugin on your site. Regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins or scripts as it would be outside our scope of the support.

I would suggest you to contact the plugin developer directly to escalate your issue further.

Before doing that, you can also narrow down the issue by disabling other 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone to see whether you’re experiencing a plugin conflict.
