Still experiencing backend cornerstone issues on home page

I’ve noticed the backend of my site is experiencing issues for the home page. For example, columns breaking early and background colors not appearing.

It’s backend only, frontend functions fine. It seems like it could be something like a missing but I went through my HTML and couldn’t see anything off.

Any idea? Thanks.

P.s. I posted this previously and thought the issue was resolved, but it is not. Link to that thread below:

Update: the issue goes away when I deactivate the RevSlider plugin. I tried updating the plugin but that didn’t fix the issue. Any idea what’s going on with the Revslider here?

Hi There,

Probably you’re experiencing a memory issue. You can install the following plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/1) and then head over to Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo and check the following information.

PHP version  (it seems you already have checked)
PHP Max Script Execute Time
Memory Limit

We do recommend PHP v5.6.32 or higher, max script execution time 120 or higher and memory limit 256MB or higher (512MB recommended) to run Cornerstone smoothly.

I don’t think it’s a memory issue:

Memory Limit: 512.0 MiB

Hi there,

I checked and the builder preview and the live page are almost the same, except the Essential Grid which has no preview. Could you confirm that? And you may ignore the Essential Grid preview for now, there could be the new plan for 3rd party plugins preview as it tends to break the builder.

Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 6.0.4
Cornerstone: 3.0.4

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

Hi there,

I went to the Revolution Slider and in the slider settings I enabled the jQuery No Conflict mode and enabled the Put Javascript to the Body option:

Thank you. Never experienced this issue before and have dozens of site’s using X and Rev Slider. I’ll look out for this if it pops up again.
